SME Seminar - Management Consultancy and SME Growth
Our Senior Consultants, Mr. Larry Lo and Mr. Daniel Tang were invited as
speakers at the SME Seminar “Management Consultancy and SME Growth” which
was jointly organized by the Management Consultancies Association of Hong
Kong (MCAHK) and Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of
Trade and Industry Department at Lecture Theatre of Hong Kong Central
Library on 16 February 2006.
The specific focus of the seminar was on the roles of management
consultants in the process of business development, and introduce their
support and services for SMEs. The seminar was attended by about 150
representatives of SMEs from a wide variety of industries.
Topic discussed varied from how legal advice and financial management
supports SMEs to how management consultants diagnoses enterprises'
problems, maximizes an enterprise's potential and assists business
starters to obtain funding. The seminar finished with an enthusiastic
question and answer session.
